Further Expanding the APAC Customer Success Team
(Shanghai) Behaviorally is pleased to welcome Francis He as Vice President, Market Development, to their rapidly growing Customer Success team servicing clients across Asia. Francis will be based out of the Shanghai office hub and brings with him over 20 years of experience across multiple industries. This is the latest in Behaviorally’s growth which launched new hubs in Los Angeles, Mexico City, Dallas, Dubai, Bangkok, Manila, Manchester, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Melbourne, Geneva, New York City, and Chicago.

Prior to joining Behaviorally, He was a Senior Manager, Social Listening at Haleon and has also held roles at Kantar, The Walt Disney Company, Nielsen, and others. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Management and Systems.
