Caroline Thorneycroft(London) Behaviorally is pleased to announce the appointment of Caroline Thorneycroft as Customer Success and Marketing Manager in our London office. Caroline brings extensive experience in marketing and customer success, with a focus on ensuring client satisfaction and driving marketing excellence.

Caroline’s career spans over 15 years, during which she has held key roles in various industries. Most recently, she served as Head of Group Marketing at MeteoGroup in London, where she was a member of the management team and led the marketing efforts across multiple regions. Her previous positions include Head of Marketing at the British Polish Chamber of Commerce, Campaign Manager at Post Office Ltd, and Exhibitions Director at James Hyman Fine Art.

In her new role at Behaviorally, Caroline will focus on championing customer and client satisfaction and supporting key marketing and communications initiatives. Her expertise in developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives, coupled with her commitment to building strong client relationships, will be invaluable as Behaviorally continues to grow and innovate.
