Jack Lane has also been named Director of Customer Success in London, reinforcing Behaviorally’s leadership across these key markets.

Nehna Rauf brings over 15 years of global experience in customer engagement and strategic consulting. She has partnered with leading organizations to drive client growth and deliver impactful solutions, most recently serving as Director, Global Consulting Practice at GlobalData Plc. Nehna’s career also includes senior roles at Advantage Group International, Technomic Inc., and Euromonitor International, where she built a strong track record of helping clients translate insight into action.

Craig Waldie joins Behaviorally with over a decade of experience in insight-led consulting roles across the UK market. Most recently, he served as Director at Escalent, where he led senior client relationships, managed a multi-million-dollar portfolio, and delivered complex quantitative, qualitative, and AI-driven research programs. Craig brings deep expertise in strategic account development and driving commercial impact, built through leadership roles at Streetbees, Kantar, and GfK.

With over six years of experience in the research and advisory industry, Jack Lane most recently serving as Associate Director at Savanta. There, he partnered with leading Media and FMCG organizations to deliver high-quality data and insights that helped deepen understanding of consumer behavior and decision-making. He brings a strong track record of building client relationships and driving measurable business impact.
