With 23 years of experience in market research and insights, Clare brings a deep understanding of China’s evolving consumer landscape and a proven track record of driving business growth for brands in the FMCG and healthcare categories. Prior to joining Behaviorally, Clare held senior leadership roles at Toluna (MetrixLab), Miaozhen Systems, Wisdom Asia, Kantar, and Synovate where she helped leading brands unlock strategic growth opportunities through data-driven insights and digital transformation.
At Behaviorally, Clare will lead their Customer Success initiatives in China and also support some of their key clients across the Asia Pacific region, partnering with clients to deliver impactful insights that drive business outcomes at the moment of purchase with decision precision. Her appointment reflects Behaviorally’s continued commitment and strength across the Asia Pacific region.
