Your Global Insights Academy Journey

In your first year you will:

  • Receive in-depth training across Behaviorally’s core business functions from Senior leaders
  • Enroll in the Global Insights Academy Mentorship Scheme
  • Engage with your fellow Associates with regular knowledge sharing sessions
  • Actively consult on projects for our global clients (including pitching, report design, and presentation)
  • Have the opportunity to work directly with our operations team in NYC
  • Receive training on broader career skills such as social media, presenting, and more

In your second year you will:

  • Undertake an accredited, entry level certification from an industry leading organization (MRS or equivalent)
  • Receive specialist training on the principles of behavioral science 
  • Have the option to spend up to 3 months in one of our global offices
  • Lead projects for our global clients (including pitching, report design, and presentation)
  • Work as a team of Global Insights Academy Associates on a ‘CEO’ business challenge project delivered to Senior leaders
