(Chicago) Behaviorally is pleased to welcome Jeff McDonald as Vice President, Market Development, to their rapidly growing Customer Success team servicing clients in the Midwest.
Behaviorally applies a digital-first approach to insights, a unique behavioral framework, state-of-the-art AI technology, and decades of category expertise to define and diagnose the factors that influence human behavior to help brands achieve the most valuable moment in marketing: when a purchase transaction occurs.
Prior to joining Behaviorally, McDonald was the Senior Vice President of Account Management at M/A/R/C Research. With over 30 years of professional experience, he also held leadership roles at Delineate Agency, System1 Research, Optimal Strategix Group, Nielsen’s NeuroFocus, SpectraComm, and several other companies. In his previous roles, McDonald was integral in building market entry plans, served as a behavioral science expert, and oversaw shopper and path-to-purchase insights. He was also an adjunct professor in the Graduate School of Management at the University of Dallas.
