Supporting Client’s Shopper Challenges

(New York, NY) Behaviorally (Formerly PRS), a global behavioral insights consultancy, welcomes Nisha Yadav to the US team as Senior Vice President, Omni Shopper. Based in New York, Yadav brings with her over 13 years of experience as a marketing strategist offering insight-led brand, product, and customer strategy to storied brands. She will be leading the firm’s commercialization efforts for their unique suite of services that diagnose the factors where brands can influence consumer behavior along the omnichannel path-to-purchase.

The newly re-branded company, Behaviorally, applies a digital-first approach to research, a unique behavioral framework, and decades of category expertise to define and diagnose the factors that influence consumer behavior and drive shopper growth.

Prior to joining Behaviorally, Yadav’s career included progressive roles leading marketing strategy teams within the WPP network including PSB, Ogilvy, and BAV Young & Rubicom. Most recently on the client side, she was Head of Global Brand Research at MetLife where she was part of the select team leading MetLife’s global brand transformation.

Yadav commented on her appointment, “I am excited to be joining the talented and smart Behaviorally team during this fascinating time. Our clients know they must win when it comes to influencing consumer choice at all touchpoints along the increasingly omnichannel shopper journey. Whether the path-to-purchase leads to the physical or the digital shelf, with our digital-first mindset and foundational behavioral learnings, we can help them achieve their goals. I cannot wait to work with the global Behaviorally team to help our clients succeed in this exciting and critical challenge.”

Behaviorally’s Chief Commercial Officer, Scott Brill, said about Yadav joining the company, “With Nisha’s experiences on both agency and client side, she will be a perfect fit to support the evolving omnichannel business questions associated with today’s retail landscape. We are looking forward to her joining and the contributions from her exceptional and varied background to our clients’ growth goals.”
