Behaviorally (formerly PRS), a global behavioral insights consultancy, broadens the depth of its Board and Executive Management Team with the announcement today of Jose Balarezo joining as Chief Financial Officer. Based in the Company’s New York area office, Balarezo brings with him over 20 years of experience in global companies optimizing resources and processes, driving business performance, and accelerating growth through cross-functional collaboration.

The recently re-branded company, Behaviorally (formerly PRS), is the leading global consultancy and digital partner, helping clients drive growth across the shopper innovation process. Prior to joining Behaviorally, Balarezo has served in numerous senior financial roles, including as a member of the leadership team and CFO for LEGO USA. His international experience spans various geographies and company sizes, including Fortune 500 companies in industry verticals including manufacturing, engineering, healthcare, and logistics. A native of Lima, Peru, Balarezo holds multiple degrees from leading international universities, including a PhD in Economics and Management from Copenhagen Business School. In addition, Mr. Balarezo is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
