(Teaneck, NJ) Behaviorally (Formerly PRS), a global behavioral insights consultancy, announces today that Stefan Barden has been appointed as non-exec Chair of the Company’s Board of Directors. The newly rebranded company applies a digital-first approach, a unique behavioral framework, and decades of expertise to define and diagnose factors that drive shopper growth.
As announced on January 21st, Behaviorally (formerly known as PRS IN VIVO USA), is backed by funds managed by Alcentra Ltd. as the Company’s new majority shareholder. With a long history as a market leader in behavioral research, particularly the area of packaging and shopper marketing, and decades long experience working with the world’s largest consumer brands, Behaviorally is uniquely positioned to help clients navigate the transforming retail landscape.
Stefan Barden has over 20 years of experience as General Manager, Managing Director and CEO of many large FMCG manufacturers, after graduating from McKinsey Management Consultancy and Unilever’s fast track management development program. His leadership roles included CEO of Northern Foods, CEO Heinz UK and Ireland, as well more recently, CEO of the internet retailer, Wiggle, which he took from £140m to £360m in sales in 3 years. Stefan now dedicates his support to several high growth businesses.
